Church management platforms charge recurring fees and hold the congregation’s content and member data. This church wanted to own both.

A full-stack Next.js app with Drizzle ORM on PostgreSQL, Auth.js for the admin area, and Docker Compose for deployment on a server the church controls. Leaders can publish sermons, events and announcements themselves.
